We love pets. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to do our jobs to the highest standard if our clients have jumpers, cuddlers, or excessive barkers. Please keep pets away from the worksite so that there are no injuries or messes made that could have been avoided. Additionally, pet hair sticks to wet paint, causing many imperfections, so pets should be kept away from a wet room until it dries.
Children are people! They’re welcome to take up space no matter where they are and are generally very curious. We will openly inform you if a site is unsafe. Otherwise, please be sure to provide appropriate ear protection and footwear. Please remain with your child at all times.
We are not contractors in that we allow you to pull your own permits, taking full control of how you would like your project done! You also have the freedom to choose which tradespeople you would like to invite into your home. This eliminates the need for you to pay an extra contractor fee! However, we do have tradespeople that we recommend and we communicate with you, building inspectors, and other tradespeople as if we were the contractor. We do the work + you have the freedom = a project YOU can control.
We offer a 1-hour Home Improvement Consultation where we do a comprehensive walkthrough of the interior and exterior of your home. Basically a manual for your home’s unique maintenance needs! Our Home Improvement Consultations are $322.50!
